Hi, I’m Natasha.

I create and lead experiences that help people to see themselves and the world in new, insightful, and uplifting ways.

From online courses to in-person retreats, workshops and team-building events to book launches and keynotes, I love nothing more than creating opportunities for people to discover what they’re really capable of.

No heavy hustle, no fluffy style-over-substance. Just fun, revelatory, immersive experiences that delight, surprise, and transform.

Through my workshops, courses, and experience design, I help you reconnect with the people and things that feel most important to your life.

Rediscover a sense of wonder and connection to the world around you

1.

Develop deeper relationships with the people you care about

2.

Find more fulfilling ways to make a living

3.

People come to me for a combination of lightness and depth.

I tackle big, heartfelt questions in playful ways.

I share lessons in ways that stick – and that don’t feel like hard work.

My work draws from philosophy and improv, neuroscience and natural horsemanship, classical clowning, relational psychology, shinrin-yoku and bodywork to create immersive, insightful learning experiences.

People leave my workshops and courses feeling energised, surprised by what they’re capable of, and delighted by the way that big, vulnerable topics can feel so easy and fun.

Leave with knowledge, not just information.

Wherever possible, you’ll learn from your own experiences, rather than from mine. That means you’ll ‘do' first, and we’ll deconstruct what happened afterward.

“For the things we have to learn before we can do them, we learn by doing them.” – Aristotle

This back-to-front approach to learning gives you ownership over your growth, and embeds it in your brain and body.

Whether it’s through mini-missions, games, discussions, or guided experiences, I create opportunities for you to experience the world in new ways.

And by so doing, the lessons you take away are fully your own: personal, meaningful, and unforgettable.

I’ve spent the last 15 years sharing ideas that transform lives.

As head coach, writer and experience designer at Careershifters, I’ve helped thousands of people move closer to finding work they love.

I train and develop facilitators, leaders and coaches, leading the ICF-accredited Careershifters Advanced Certification programme.

I design and run team connection workshops with businesses across the world, from software startups to MBA programmes, helping to develop the trust, communication skills and authentic friendships that allow them to produce powerful results.

After working in the charity sector with some of the most vulnerable members of society, I quit my job in 2012 and spent 5 years living out of a backpack and travelling the world. I’ve lived in treehouses in Costa Rica, and commuted to a 9-5 on grey winter mornings in Bristol.

I know from experience that the feeling of stuck-in-a-rut isn’t about where you are or what you’re doing – it’s about how you engage with what’s around you.

These days, you’ll find me in the Canary Islands, hiking through the mountains with my dog, playing on my pottery wheel, or lost in the latest podcast on neuroscience or philosophy.
